The DA's office has identified the victim and said a second person was also shot with non-life threatening injuries.

The victim, identified as Khamitri Cole, 17, of Brockton, was pronounced dead at the scene at 12:45 a.m., the statement said. Authorities said an 18-year-old man from Holyoke appears to have been shot in the same incident and took himself to the hospital for nonlife-threatening injuries.
