Local authorities have partially evacuated residents of Toropets in Russia’s Tver Oblast after a mass drone attack overnight caused a large fire, Tver Oblast Governor Igor Rudenya claimed on Sept. 18.

Drones an artillery and missile arsenal in the village of Oktyabrskoye, the Tver oblast north of Moscow, Russian authorities have reported although Ukraine is yet to comment. A missile and artillery arsenal was hit, which was used to store a large range of ammunition, according to Russian information resource ASTRA.

A drone strike in Russia's southern Krasnodar region prompted evacuations after it sparked a fire. Meanwhile, three people were killed in a Russian missile attack on the Ukrainian city of Kryvyi Rih.
